All studios are completely independent with their own bathroom and kitchen. The studios are completely ready to move in, no start-up costs and completely new! This studio is 24 m2 and is located at the rear of the building with a view of the green landscape.

-Semi-furnished (€945/month): this means that only the basic furniture as described above will be provided. Small items such as plates, pans, cutlery, duvet, pillow(s), vacuum cleaner, iron, etc. must be brought by the tenant or purchased separately.

-Fully furnished (€995/month): all basic furniture as described above + small items are provided. Plates, pans, cutlery, vacuum cleaner, duvet, pillows, etc. The only items not provided for hygiene reasons are bed sheets. The rent is inclusive.

Central entrance with lounge and access to lifts, staircase and the floors. You can reach the floor of your studio by lift or stairs. Entrance with built-in cupboard and access to the bathroom and living area.

 

The spacious studio has a wood-look PVC floor in a herringbone pattern, ceiling spotlights and blackout curtains. The studio has a modern, calm and light atmosphere and fits in well with the green surroundings in which the building is located. The maintenance-free and sound-absorbing PVC floor is easy to keep clean and ensures that there is hardly any noise transmission. As this is a studio, living and sleeping are in one room.

 

The living area consists of an open kitchen with a living room/bedroom. The white kitchen is equipped with a dark countertop, microwave/oven combination, 2-burner induction hob, sink with mixer tap, extractor hood and fridge-freezer. A very neat and well-equipped kitchen.

 

The spacious bathroom with marble look has a chic hotel feel. Equipped with washbasin with mirror, toilet, walk-in shower and designer radiator.

 

Rental conditions

• Income requirement: 2.5 times the gross monthly rent or (if insufficient) a guarantor

• No smoking or pets allowed

• Maximum of 2 tenants per studio

• Minimum age 18 years

• Mandatory registration in the municipal personal records database

-Internet and TV: a central connection has been installed for the entire complex. You cannot arrange this yourself or bring it from your current address.

Not included in the rent:

Waste collection is not included in the rent and depends on the amount of waste you dispose of. You will receive a waste card that you can use for the underground containers. For more information about the costs, please visit the website of the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo.

 

The shared washing machines and dryers can be booked via the Miele app. You pay Miele directly for each wash.

 

Cancellation:

The rental period is a fixed period without notice. The end date is stated in the rental agreement.

 

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

- Fixed rental period of 6 months

- Deposit of 2 months' rent

- Rental agreement ends automatically after the rental period;

- Cancellation before the agreed end date is possible, ask for the conditions;

- Rental price includes utilities, internet, TV, service costs and fitness;

- Rental price does not include municipal taxes and use of washing machine.
