Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartments;
Do you qualify?
Only available for expats who are not registered in the Netherlands with an employment contract for a maximum of 12 months;
Minimum age 18 years;
Employed on a temporary contract;
Income must be demonstrable by means of an employment contract or pay slip and amount to at least 2.5 times the gross monthly rent;
