Project Schoonoord
New construction project Schoonoord is located just outside Eindhoven, in the charming village of Aalst-Waalre . This quiet and green location borders directly on the city and is located a short distance from major highways and the High Tech Campus. The small-scale residential complex consists of four apartments with various layouts, ranging from one to three bedrooms. The building was completed in May 2018.

Location and surroundings
The apartments at Schoonoordhof are part of the Schoonoord project, located in the centrally located Aalst - Waalre, directly adjacent to Eindhoven. You can walk to the cozy village center or the nearby shopping center with a supermarket, bakery, drugstore and various eateries.
Thanks to its central location, you can also get on your way quickly: the A2 and A67 are just a few minutes away, as are the High Tech Campus, ASML, VDL and the Máxima Medical Center. The building and the apartments
This is a small duplex building with 4 apartments. Two apartments on the ground floor with garden and 2 apartments, so-called maisonettes on the 1st and 2nd floor with a balcony. Both the apartments and the shared bicycle storage can be reached via the main entrance and the central hall. The apartments on the 1st floor are reached via a fixed staircase in the central hall.
The bicycle shed can also be reached from outside via the rear entrance of the building. There are 4 parking spaces at the front, so that there is 1 private parking space available per apartment. All apartments have a separate storage room for WTW installation and washing machine with dryer. The building is surrounded by green areas and situated in a quiet street that is accessible from the Schoonoordstraat.

Rental conditions and prices

Minimum rental period for the apartments is 12 months, after which it can be cancelled on a monthly basis;

Deposit of 1 month's rent + €500;

Rental prices as stated on the website are always exclusive of gas, water, electricity, TV, internet and municipal taxes;

Rent increase
Once a year, the rent is indexed, or increased by the percentage set by the VROM (Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment) . The increase only applies to the basic rent. If the rent is increased, tenants will be informed of this at least 2 months in advance. The government announces the percentage in January or February. This can be found on the website www.rijksoverheid.nl.
Rent allowance
Because these are independent apartments with their own house number, it is possible (depending on the personal situation) to apply for rent allowance. On the website www.belastingdienst.nl you will find all information about the conditions and the application for this allowance.
