Since May 2021, the former NH Hotel in Geldrop has been transformed into a modern residential concept: The Stayy. The complex consists of 138 comfortable, fully independent studios spread across five floors, offering additional amenities such as catering services and a fitness room.
The Stayy caters to a wide range of tenants, from starters and students to expats and seniors, all seeking comfortable living in a green, tranquil environment. Its central location near the center of Geldrop, direct access to the A67, and only a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven make it an extremely popular choice. Public transportation is also easily accessible.
All studios are move-in ready and come with their own kitchen and bathroom. There are no start-up costs: simply unpack your bags and settle in.

Location and surroundings
The Stayy, located at Bogardeind 219 in Geldrop, is ideally situated in a central and easily accessible location, making it perfect for professionals. Surrounded by the picturesque nature of areas like the Strabrechtse Heide, the region offers plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling. Within just 10 minutes, you can reach Eindhoven, and in 15 minutes, you will be at ASML.
The center of Geldrop and the station are only 1.8 km away, and a bus stop with a direct connection to Eindhoven is just a 15-minute walk. With its location on the A67, the car is also a convenient mode of transport, especially with the large free parking area available for residents. The Stayy is more than just a place to live: it offers a full experience, including various amenities such as a fitness room and swimming pool, making comfortable and complete living a central focus.
The building and the apartments
The residential complex The Stayy offers a total of 138 modern studios, divided over the ground floor and five floors. On the ground floor, in addition to residential units, there are also various facilities such as offices, a fitness room, a laundry room, storage rooms and a swimming pool. Each floor above has 24 studios.

The studios come in two sizes: 24 m² at the rear of the building and 30 m² at the front. They are cleverly furnished with an open layout in which living, cooking and sleeping come together in one space. The sleeping area is partly screened off for extra comfort and privacy.
The central entrance is secured and can be opened with an electronic key, just like the front doors of the studios. The floors can be reached by both stairs and elevators. In the common area, among other things, there are mailboxes and entrances to the storage rooms and other facilities. There is ample parking outside and there is a shared bicycle shed. Everything is designed for comfortable, independent living in a fully equipped living environment.

Interior and delivery
All studios at The Stayy are fully self-contained, featuring an open kitchen and a private bathroom. They are offered at an all-inclusive rental price, which covers internet, TV, service costs, and utilities (gas, water, and electricity): none of which need to be registered in your own name.
Each studio comes semi-furnished, with a low-maintenance, sound-absorbing PVC floor in a herringbone pattern, sleek white walls, and sun-resistant curtains. The modern kitchen is equipped with a sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, and extractor fan. The bathroom is elegantly finished with marble-look walls, a walk-in shower with a thermostatic tap, a washbasin with a mirror, and a toilet.
On the ground floor, a professional Miele washing machine service is available, as the studios do not have a washing machine connection. Residents can make use of a shared bicycle shed on the enclosed grounds and park for free in the associated parking lot. Additionally, there is the option to rent a private storage room for €30 per month.

Rental conditions and prices
Rental conditions
Fixed rental period 6 months;
Deposit 2 months rent;
Rental agreement ends automatically after the rental period;
The notice period is 1 month, before the 1st of the month in question;
Rental price includes GWE, internet, TV, service costs and fitness;
Rental price excludes municipal taxes, waste disposal and use of washing machine.

Income must be demonstrable by means of an employment contract or pay slip;
Income of at least 2.5 times the gross monthly rent;
If you have a phase A or B temporary employment contract, a 3-month deposit must be paid;
Particulars
Registration in the municipal basic administration: Every resident is obliged to register in the municipal basic administration.
Deposit: per studio you always pay a deposit. The deposit is equal to 2 months rent and is always paid before the start of the rental period. At the end of the rental period you will receive the deposit back if the studio is delivered to the manager in good condition, without damage and clean.
Rental prices: The rental prices always include additional costs such as gas, water, electricity, internet, TV and furnishings;
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the studios;
Maximum 2 persons per studio. The 2 persons must be a couple or a parent with child. 2 colleagues or friends are not allowed;
