Our team will send you a link to complete your details in our online database. In your profile, you will need to upload a copy of both the front and back of your ID, as well as your employment contract and pay slips.
Based on this information, we will assess whether you are a suitable candidate. If everything looks good, we will schedule a viewing of the rental property.
Sign the lease agreement and schedule the key handover
You have chosen an apartment and shared all the necessary information and documents with us. Once all documents are complete, we can prepare and sign the lease agreement.Together, we will agree on a date for you to move into the apartment.
On that day, the property manager will walk you through all important details regarding the apartment and we will conduct a joint inspection. Everything will be documented in a handover report. After that, you will receive the keys to your new rental home.
Rental conditions
To qualify for the apartment, we would like to receive a number of documents: identification and proof that you can pay the rent.
If your income is not sufficient, it is possible that someone who does have sufficient income will act as a guarantor for you. The administrator may refuse candidates at any time, without giving a reason.
Financial conditions
When renting an apartment, we do not charge any contract fees. The rent and deposit must always be paid before the rental period begins. The payment deadline will be clearly stated on your invoice.
Your deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided the apartment is returned in good condition during the checkout inspection.
Short Stay Accommodation
Various accommodations are available exclusively for Short Stay rentals. Short Stay refers to renting a fully furnished apartment for a period of less than one year. With Short Stay accommodations, you typically pay an all-inclusive price, meaning that all costs such as gas, water, electricity, internet and TV are included in the rent. However, additional charges may apply if usage exceeds the allowed limits.
Short Stay is ideal for people staying in the Eindhoven area for a short period, such as expats or Dutch residents temporarily relocating for a project. This typically applies to individuals with temporary employment contracts. Rental periods longer than one year are classified as Long Stay. These are often unfurnished apartments, as tenants bring their own furniture and can arrange utilities under their own name. They usually stay in these accommodations for a longer period.
