Where once Huzur Market opened the first Islamic butcher shop in Eindhoven, there is now an atmospheric restaurant, with four spacious, newly built apartments above. The building and the apartments
The building consists of the ground floor where a lunchroom is situated and two floors. From the side of the building on the Wenckenbachstraat the apartments have their own entrance. By means of a staircase you reach the first and second floor. The building concerns a total of four apartments of which 2 apartments on the 1st floor and 2 apartments on the 2nd floor.

On the first floor there are two 1-bedroom apartments with a balcony at the front of the building. All apartments have their own meter cupboard and intercom system.
Interior and delivery
The apartments on Wenckenbachstraat are divided into two types: on the first floor there are apartments with a balcony at the front, while the apartment on the second floor has a mezzanine floor.
All homes are fully independent and are furnished with white finished walls, a PVC floor and curtains. The modern high-gloss white kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, combination microwave, extractor hood, electric hob, sink and dishwasher. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and a connection for the washing machine. Each apartment has its own meters for gas, water and electricity, so that the resident has control over the consumption. Waste is easily disposed of via underground containers that are accessible with a city pass.
