Studio fully furnished

 All studios are fully self-contained with private bathrooms and kitchens . They are move-in ready, with no startup costs, and fully renovated!

Fully furnished (€1,275 per month including VAT): all basic furniture and small inventory is included, such as plates, pans, cutlery, a vacuum cleaner, a mop, a coffee maker, a kettle, etc. Linen service is provided.

 Studio layout

Central entrance with lounge and access to elevators, stairwell, and the upper floors. You can reach your studio apartment floor by elevator or stairs . The entrance features a built-in closet and access to the bathroom and living area.

The space and studio features a wood-look PVC floor in a herringbone pattern, ceiling spotlights, and blackout curtains. The studio has a modern, calm, and bright atmosphere and blends in well with the green surroundings . The maintenance-free and sound-absorbing PVC floor is easy to clean and ensures minimal noise pollution. Because it is a studio, living and sleeping areas are combined into one space.

The living area consists of an open-plan kitchen with a living/bedroom . The white kitchen features a dark countertop, a combination microwave/oven, a two-burner induction cooktop, a sink with a mixer tap, an extractor hood, and a fridge-freezer. It's a very neat and well-equipped kitchen.

The spacious bathroom with its marble look has a hotel-chic feel. It features a sink with a mirror, a toilet, and a walk-in shower.

 Accommodation conditions

•  Income requirement: 2.5x the monthly price or (if insufficient) a guarantor
•  Smoking and pets not allowed
•  Maximum 2 persons per studio provided there is an emotional relationship
