Layout of the apartment

The building has a main entrance at the front and rear of the complex. The central hall provides access to the mailboxes and storage units. You can reach your apartment floor via the elevators or the stairwell.

All apartments have PVC flooring. Two types of flooring are used in the building: a wood-look floor and a concrete-look floor. All apartments also feature blackout curtains in a neutral color.

The apartment features an open-plan living room and kitchen , and this particular corner apartment offers plenty of windows, allowing natural light to flood in. The modern, high-gloss white kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, stainless steel extractor hood, sink with mixer tap, fridge with a large freezer compartment, dishwasher, and a combination microwave/oven .

The bedroom and bathroom are accessible from the living room. The apartment includes an internal storage room.
