It is a completely transformed 5-storey apartment complex with a large roof terrace.

Layout of the apartment

The building has a main entrance at the front and rear of the complex. The central hall provides access to the letterboxes and storage rooms. You can reach the floor of your apartment by lift or stairs.

All apartments have PVC flooring. Two types of flooring are used in the building, a wood-look and a concrete-look floor. All apartments are also equipped with blackout curtains in a neutral colour.

The apartment has an open-plan living room and kitchen, and this particular apartment is a corner apartment, which means there are many windows with natural light. The modern high-gloss white kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, stainless steel extractor hood, sink with mixer tap, refrigerator with large freezer, dishwasher and microwave/oven combination.

The bedroom and bathroom are accessible from the living room. The fully tiled bathroom has high-gloss white wall tiles and anthracite floor tiles. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with mixer tap, designer radiator, washbasin, wall-mounted toilet and washing machine.

The spacious bedroom, located next to the living room, offers space for a double bed and wardrobe.
